Founder and Managing Director of Riwaq
Mahmoud’s career spans 20 years across consulting, private sector, and public institutions. He began with EY, then joined AlShall Group (Syria & Qatar), later becoming a partner in AlShall Georgia, and most recently took on the role of Managing Director of AlShall Syria. He has served private groups like Al-Mutlaq and Al Faisaliah, and held leadership at PIF, one of the world’s top sovereign wealth funds.
